Pronounced "Six Thirty", the 630 refers to a new popular dance in the Caribbean, in particular Barbados. Women bend over from a standing position til their upper and lower body are oriented like the hands of a clock at 6:30 (30 minutes past six o'clock). They then procede to wine and gyrate their hips in a seductive manner, almost replicating the act of sex.
